Know what is serving the property
A private well inspection helps buyers, sellers, and property owners understand the visible system, how it operates, and which questions need follow-up. Aqua combines field inspection with access to an extensive Wisconsin well-log database when records are available.
Inspection and water testing are different
An inspection evaluates the well system. Water testing evaluates a collected sample for the requested analytes. A transaction may need both. Confirm the lender, municipality, or transaction requirements before scheduling so the correct work is ordered.
Prepare for the visit
Provide the property address, transaction deadline, known well records, and any history of low pressure, staining, odor, or pump service. Make the well head, pressure tank, and accessible controls available where possible.

- Questions about pump, tank, or visible components
- A lender or transaction requires water testing
